The level of service was excellent, truly surpassing my expectations. However, I wish I'd known about the 4th-floor lounges earlier, as they looked lovely and inviting.

The location in Gion was spot on, just a short walk to Kiyomizu Temple and other attractions. While the management could have been a bit more flexible, the overall experience was fantastic and nice, making my time in Kyoto even more special.
